It has a very nice fullered blade. No maker markings present. On the cross-guard there are some markings but cannot be read. Same as the markings (nummer A) on the scabbard frig stud. Very nice aged wooden grip plates. Some dents in the blade!

cof 44 indicating production by Carl Eickhorn from Solingen. The blade and scabbard have matching markings are cof 44 with serial number 4593 J (or U). The pommel is marked with WaA519 together with COF places the bayonet in the correct time frame 1942-1944.
