In an excellent condition a Swiss army Cavalry canteen 1888-1898
These canteens were made out of thick glass and surrounded by a leather sown jacket. A long leather belt was used because this was necessary for the cavalry men, Under the metal cap was a cork to close the bottle.

Marked on the lid Marsch-Kompass "Jugend" and maker marking S inside a hexagon, which stands for the company C. Stockert & Sohne. In a very good condition a Wehrmacht M31 canteen with bakelite cup
Marking on the cup 5F S and canteen cap marked FC S. The metal clasp is marked Patent Ritter.
The canteen it self is marked RFI 42 (Rudolf Fissler KG, from Idar-Oberstein year 1942)
The leather straps are very flexible but around the canteen cap the little leather ring is broken

In an excellent condition a Swiss army Vetterli ammunition bag.
In a rare complete condition together with the leather belt.
The bag is marked on the back with maker markings
G. Chatton and A Romont. This specific variant is not dated. It has however some scratches leather marking of its previous owner. H. I. which is scratched in small and large letters.
