In an excellent condition a bombing attack on Munich air protection letter

The letter starts "Was lehrt uns der Terrorangriff auf München". The letter has been sent to all people in München and sums up various measures to do during an air raid should it happen again. 1st rule s that all leader of the air protection are not allowed to leave their posts, only if they have authorization to do so. and 12 other points
Point 12 the Reichsverteidigungskommissar blaims the parents of whom the children died during the air raid that they didn't sent their children outside the city to protect them. They could have sent their children to the NSV or the Hilterjugend to take them somewhere else in the country. and implores the parents of the children that are still living to give them to the NSV or the Hilterjugend to take them into safety.
