Deutsche Reich NSDAP antisemitische Werbepropaganda
In an almost mint condition a NSDAP anti-Semitic propaganda advert
These banknotes of a 1000 Mark were worth nothing when the back were used for propagande means by the NSDAP. The bank notes were from 1923 and were used for the 1924 elections by the NSDAP. In May 1924 they received 6.5% of the votes and in December 1924 only 3%.
Frontside: Reichsbanknote Tausend Mark. D*319666
Backside: Eine Überraschung: Hitler Nationalsozialismus with large Swastika and sun ray,
The Jewish man is in shock because the money isn't worth anything. Godd der gerachte! Scho' wieder ä naier Gometh! It is miswritten on purpose so it if read aloud in German it would sound Jiddisch. The text in normal German would be, Gott, der Gerechte! Ein weiterer neuer Komet. Which would translate into "God, the righteous! Yet another new comet!"
Underneath the call for voting "Volksgenossen! Kommt zu Hitler werdet Nationalsozialisten!" Comrades! “Come to Hitler, become National Socialists!”
