In a very good condition a French canteen model 1935 (Aluminium) M.M.T 1939

Maker marked M.M.T stands for Manufacture Métallurgique de Tournus and dated 1939 Tournos. The company still exists.

Used by the French army during WWII domestic and in overseas areas. There are aluminium and iron versions. Safe to say is that an iron version was not used overseas because of tending to rust.
