3 framed award document from the same shooter, for the bronze, silver and gold
Frontside:
Auszeichnung für Schiessleistung in bronze, silber and gold from the Deutscher Schützenverband in the NS-Reichsbund für Leibesübungen. In the award documents you will see the shooting takes places on shooting discs, with 15 bullets on a disc with 12 rings.
Backside: The frames are maker marked on the back . Köln-Zollstocker Glaserei, Bildereinrahmung.
Background information: The Deutscher Schützenverband was removed from the list of allowed organizations in 1938 and became part of the DRL organization. The NSDAP did not find that the DSV practiced well enough with rifles to provide the HJ or others with the correct rifle training. Shooting doves was not seen as the training they needed to become soldiers.
