This badge is from the DWB (Deutscher Werkmeister-Verband). ‎From 1884 to May 1933, the ‎‎German Werkmeister Association‎‎ (‎‎DWV‎‎) representing the interests of ‎‎master craftsmen‎‎ in ‎‎industry‎‎ and related professions was the oldest central ‎‎trade union organisation‎‎ within the ‎‎employee movement‎‎.‎
