In an excellent condition a Cuba-RPA victory medal

The medal is awarded to members of the Revolutionary Armed Forces‎‎ (FAR) in active or reserve and exceptionally to other Cuban citizens and foreigners who have participated actively and selflessly in the defense of the Angolan people. It was established by Decree-Law 111 ‎‎of March 20‎‎ ‎‎1989‎‎. It can be awarded posthumously.‎
