The steelfactory is still in business today and maked medals, pins and other metallic objects. Hermann Mayer was a founding father of the DAV organization. The DAV organization still exist till this day.

In 1929 25th anniversary of the Stuttgart section. Founding member Hermann Mayer becomes honorary chairman.
