In an excellent condition a gold plated silver Wilhelm II Württemberg merit service medal .

On August 11, 1892, King Wilhelm II donated a gold medal for the Order of Frederick. At the same time, the classification of the Medals of Merit was changed. The existing gold civil merit medal remained associated with the Order of the Württemberg Crown and is called the Medal of Merit of the Crown Order. This is still worn on the ribbon of the knight's cross of the order. The newly donated Medal of Merit of the Friedrich Order is worn on the ribbon of the Knight's Cross of the Friedrich Order. The existing silver civil merit medal no longer belongs to the Order of the Württemberg Crown and is called the Silver Merit Medal. This is worn on a different strap (light red with a wide, black central stripe). The new ribbon could be ordered from the Order Secretariat.
The stamp was also cut by the medalist Karl Schwenzer in the Stuttgart main coin. Gold-plated medals and gold-plated war metal were awarded in the last years of the war.

Silver gilt medal with raised rim. Above is an ordinary eyelet soldered on with a ribbon ring.
