Frontside: King Peter I of Serbia inside a wreath 1914 1918 and swords

Backside: Serbian creast with crown and swords. 1915, 1916 and 1917

This medal was given from 1920 to veterans of the Serbian and Montegrin kingdom but also to the Eastern Army who assisted during WWI
