3rd Reich Krimschild by Friedrich Orth

An excellent condition Krim Shield. Complete with steel backplate, grey army (Wehrmacht) cloth and paper wrapping on the back.

The shield has a very nice copper colored finish. It has a magnetic backplate with sprongs.

Maker is Friedrich Orth. To reveal the maker mark the wrapping paper on the back and backplate needs to be removed.

The krim shield was a war (medal) shield during the Krim campaign which was given during the Autumn of 1941 until the Summer of 1942.
