Legacy from Max Richard Baumann born May 28th 1896. Various documents from his life from his grades on school, his diploma as a waiter on April 1st 1913, his practical and theoretical grades from the Association of restaurateurs as a waiter's apprentice, his learning book (Gastgewerbliche Buchführung) and his arbeitsbuch with work history untill 1916.

his draft into the 1st World War at the age of 22 years stated in his military service certificate

He started in the 80. Reserve Infantery Regiment (Deutsches Kaiserreich) in 1916 and was discharged on November 1st 1920. In this document it states he received the Iron cross 2nd class on September 1st 1918. Cross is in excellent condition.

On 1935 he received the Ehrenkreuz fur frontkampfer. Merit cross for combatants 1914-1918 also in excellent condition.

Work testimony for his work as a clerk from January 1st 1921 up until february 4th 1930. They mention he went away on his own accord.

A document from March 25th 1938 on which he had to report at 7:00 am for military medical examination.With a warning if the person comes from an area where there is Foot-and-mouth disease.
